About the role
As a SAP FICO Record To Report (RTR) Lead, you will make an impact by leading the blueprinting and realization of finance processes using SAP Activate methodology. You will be a valued member of the Finance Transformation team and work collaboratively with finance business owners, SAP Cloud Architect Advisors (CAA), Client Delivery Managers (CDM), and cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead the blueprinting and realization of finance processes using SAP Activate methodology.
+ Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, interface mapping, and functional design reviews with business stakeholders.
+ Configure and validate SAP modules such as FICO, TRM, Vertex, BlackLine, and Group Reporting.
+ Act as the primary liaison between finance business owners, SAP Cloud Architect Advisors (CAA), and Client Delivery Managers (CDM).
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including STP, M2C, HR, and Analytics leads for integrated solution delivery.
Work model
Remote with travel for milestones based in the US.
What you need to have to be considered
+ Extensive experience in SAP FICO RTR processes and S/4HANA finance implementations.
+ Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and Fit-Gap analysis.
+ Hands-on configuration experience with SAP modules such as FICO, TRM, Vertex, BlackLine, and Group Reporting.
+ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across finance and technical teams.
+ Experience in change and release management, UAT, and cutover activities.
These will help you stand out
+ SAP experience within the Utilities industry.
+ Experience with RISE Validated Partner guidelines and ADO User Story tracking.
+ Knowledge of automation opportunities and Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
+ Familiarity with audit readiness and compliance requirements.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for incident resolution and root cause analysis.
+ Exposure to integrated solution delivery across STP, M2C, HR, and Analytics domains.
Salary and Other Compensation
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
