Position: PROS Office Manager
Divison: Mental Health Recovery Services
Program: Niagara Visions PROS
General Overview: Responsible for daily administrative operations of the PROS program, including billing, records management, purchasing, scheduling, and staff support. Assists leadership with division-wide administrative duties to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 2+ years in human services or office administration. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills required; experience with Medicaid billing and Microsoft Office preferred.
Salary Range: Full-Time
Hours: $38,355-$42,764, annually.
