    Schedule: Full-time, three 12-hour shifts each week

     

    Pay: $36.50 – $54.75 per hour

     

    *This pay range reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skills, experience, education, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.

    For over 40 years, Logan Health’s Brendan House has provided compassionate, high-quality care in the Flathead Valley. Since opening in April 1985, it has grown into a 110-bed facility offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services—all with a focus on dignity, respect, and resident-centered care.

    Kalispell, Montana, is located in the scenic Flathead Valley—just 30 minutes from Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, and two major ski resorts.     Qualifications

    + Current Montana Occupational Therapist (OT) license

    + Graduate of an accredited OT program with ability to obtain Montana licensure within 30 days of hire

    + Current BLS HCP CPR certification (as applicable)

    + Knowledge of OT practices, tools, and techniques

    + Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

    + Ability to work independently and with a team

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems)

    Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

    + Provide occupational therapy services appropriate to patient needs

    + Document care in a timely and accurate manner

    + Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams on treatment goals and discharge planning

    + Meet productivity standards and support departmental goals

    + Participate in facility and community programs as appropriate

    Shift:

    Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)

     

    Full-time, 36 hours per week. Day shift - variable hours

     

    Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
