You’ll lead the Quality Program at Logan Health – Cut Bank, using data and collaboration to improve care, safety, and performance across departments. This role combines project management, reporting, and compliance oversight to strengthen quality outcomes in a rural hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
+ Lead, coordinate, and monitor the facility’s Quality Program.
+ Collect, analyze, and report data to support quality, safety, and compliance.
+ Oversee patient and family experience initiatives and collaborate at the system level.
+ Manage departmental quality improvement projects from planning through evaluation.
+ Present quality, safety, and risk data to staff, Medical Staff, and the Board.
+ Manage medical staff credentialing and maintain timely application processes.
+ Serve as the facility contact for surveyors and regulatory reviews.
+ Review and assign incidents, lead investigations, and track follow-up.
+ Conduct the Annual Program Review and Community Health Needs Assessment.
+ Serve on committees supporting safety, quality, and community health.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.
+ Two or more years of healthcare experience preferred.
+ Experience with data management systems and quality improvement tools preferred.
+ Proficient with incident reporting platforms.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.

Variable - 8 Hours (United States of America)
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
