**About the job you’re considering -** JD Edwards Techno-Functional Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage end-to-end JDE EnterpriseOne implementations and upgrades.
+ Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
+ Configure JDE modules including (but not limited to) Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, and HR/Payroll.
+ Collaborate with technical teams to design and test customizations, reports, and interfaces.
+ Conduct functional testing, UAT, and support go-live activities.
+ Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
+ Develop functional documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
+ Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
+ Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
+ Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
+ Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
+ Strong functional knowledge in at least 2–3 core modules (e.g., Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing).
+ Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
+ Excellent understanding of JDE data structures, workflows, and integration points.
+ Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with developers.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Experience with tools like One View Reporting, BI Publisher, or Orchestrator is a plus.
+ Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit processes is desirable.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
+ Oracle JDE certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
