Schedule
+ **Schedule & Hours**
+ Full-time position working four 9-hour shifts per week
+ Typical schedule: 4:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.
+ Variable schedule requiring availability for nights and weekends **Shift Differentials**
+ Night shift: additional $2.50 per hour
+ Weekend shift: additional $1.05 per hour
Compensation
+ Starting pay: **$21.48/hour** up to **$24.00+/hour** depending on experience
What You Can Expect
+ Partner with leadership to create and implement staffing plans that ensure departments are appropriately covered for daily operations
+ Make timely decisions on staffing allocation, cancellations, and reassignments while following established policies and guidelines
+ Collaborate with off-duty staff and unit leaders to secure coverage, ensuring all schedule adjustments are accurately documented in the electronic scheduling system
+ Place calls to off-duty employees, negotiate coverage needs with unit leadership, and reallocate staff to support patient care and organizational priorities
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or customer service is highly desirable
Minimum Qualifications
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent
+ **Experience:** No prior experience required training is provided!
+ **Licenses/Certifications:** None required
