Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join their clients growing team. This person should have at least 2 years in a customer facing role and be comfortable traveling 50-75% of the time. The right person will have a background focused in freight, trucking, logistics, and customer satisfaction. This person will provide training and implementation services for the customers freight movement mobile platforms and help to integrate with the additional solutions. They should be comfortable trinaing large groups of people in classroom settings, working directly with end users, communicating processes, and handling change management hurdles. Key responsibilities are outlined below:
-Lead the design, planning, and execution of customer onboarding and technology deployment projects.
-Provide strategic consultation to clients on optimizing freight movement using mobile platforms and integrated logistics solutions.
-Conduct training sessions for large groups and individual users, including classroom-style instruction and hands-on coaching.
-Collaborate with client leadership to analyze operational workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement change management strategies.
-Exercise independent judgment in tailoring implementation plans to meet client-specific business needs.
-Serve as a primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal product teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
-Maintain detailed documentation of project scope, timelines, and outcomes for internal reporting and client review.

Skills and Requirements
-Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role with demonstrated experience in logistics, freight, or trucking.
-Proven ability to train, communicate, and coach effectively across diverse audiences.
-Comfortable with 50–75% travel, including overnight stays.
