    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We are seeking a skilled and reliable Robot Operator. The candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts, monitoring and maintaining machinery, and ensuring smooth production operations in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment for the 2nd Shift 3pm - 11pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Operate forklifts to move pallets to staging locations and supply linemen with tubs for production orders.

     

    - Monitor and maintain machinery, including fixing sensors and troubleshooting issues.

     

    - Ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment.

     

    - Multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

     

    - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.

    Skills and Requirements

    MUST HAVES:

    - Proven experience operating forklifts within the past 2 years.

     

    • Forklift certification required

     

    - Experience with machine operation and maintenance.

     

    - Strong technical skills and computer proficiency.

     

    - Ability to troubleshoot and fix machinery issues.

     

    - Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

     

    - Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills. PLUSSES:
