    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring a Field Project Manager to oversee multiple cable, fiber, and structured cabling projects from kickoff through closeout. This hands-on leadership role coordinates crews, manages timelines, ensures quality/compliance, and serves as the primary client liaison in a high-volume telecom environment.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years in cable/fiber construction with 2+ years in a supervisory role

     

    Proven track record managing $500K+ projects on time and budget

     

    Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; ability to pass DOT physical

     

    Strong understanding of GPON, HFC, DOCSIS, and FTTH architectures

     

    Access control experience
