Job Description

Our client is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join their IT organization. The TPM will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver innovative solutions, align business goals, and scale engineering efforts. As a TPM, you will collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical requirements, manage development schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact technology projects. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership, and program management skills. You will work across teams to enable scalable, innovative solutions in areas such as cloud platforms, API gateways, order management, and fulfillment systems. Some of the key areas you will be working on are for the company's Salesforce and Oracle initiatives. This role is required to be onsite four days a week (offices located in Irving, Blue Bell and Boca).

Skills and Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in technical program management

- Experience working with cloud platforms and tools like Salesforce, Oracle, API gateways, order management systems, and fulfillment platforms.

- Proven success in delivering complex technical projects or programs on time and within scope.

- Demonstrated ability to influence teams, drive decision-making, and inspire collaboration.

- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with integration patterns, REST APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies.

- Strong technical foundation in SaaS, cloud computing, and AI solutions.

- Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. - A technical background (software architecture/engineering)
