The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Senior** **IT Business Analyst** to join our Digital Customer Applications team supporting customer-facing digital platforms—including public websites, portals, and self-service tools. This role translates business needs into technology solutions that enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and support strategic growth.
Core Responsibilities:
+ Lead business analysis activities including gathering requirements, documenting user stories, creating process maps, and developing functional specifications.
+ Collaborate with product owners, UX, and development teams to optimize customer journeys and ensure requirements are realized throughout Agile delivery.
+ Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify improvement opportunities across Xylem.com, eCommerce, and customer portals.
+ Drive architectural and strategic alignment by working within IT processes, maintaining roadmaps, and supporting business case development.
+ Develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards while conducting in-depth data analysis that provides actionable insights for decision-making.
+ Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, applying Lean problem-solving tools, strong organizational capabilities, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
+ 5+ years of experience in business analysis with demonstrated success in digital or technology-driven environments.
+ Expert analytical skills with experience in business analysis methodologies, process mapping, and data modeling.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with CMS platforms, preferably **Optimizely** , and proficiency with Jira and other task management tools.
+ Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.
+ Familiarity with BRM principles, Agile methodologies, and professional certifications such as IIBA or PMI BA.
