Job Summary:
As the Team Lead, you support the daily operational activities of the ProMedica Physicians team.
You will work with managers to develop and implement policies, systems, and processes to promote quality, efficiency, and clinical excellence within the office. The lead will keep staff schedules and communicate any changes. You will oversee new staff training as well as provide ongoing training, education, and mentoring.
In this role, you will maintain all room stock necessary for exams and request supplies to be ordered for patient care.

REQUIREMENTS
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 2 years of physician/clinical office experience
+ Proficient in medical terminology
+ Strong knowledge base of physician billing office practices, including practice management computer system experience2+ years applicable
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
+ team leader experience in a health care setting
+ RMA, CMA, COA, etc.
