Job Summary:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
*All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise*
+ Coordinate manpower and resources to ensure successful project implementations within defined timeframes.
+ Define project scope, identify key stakeholders, and recommend timelines and milestones.
+ Manage personnel across departments, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining flexibility when appropriate.
+ Proactively identify project risks or barriers and problem-solve to mitigate or resolve them.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for cross departmental project coordination.
+ Interface with various departments across the health system, from front line employees to executives.
+ Lead process improvement (automation, use of artificial intelligence, etc.) and expense reduction initiatives.
+ Assist in the development and refinement of processes, procedures, reporting tools, monitoring systems, and overall system optimization.
+ Collaborate with Internal Audit to support risk assessment and mitigation efforts.
+ Contribute to the development of annual strategic goals and define actionable steps to achieve set targets.
+ Maintains confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and data.
+ Keep the Director informed of any challenges related to systems, procedures, or personnel performance.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Education** : Associate’s Degree
**Skills** : Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with strong time management, leadership, and decision making abilities. Demonstrates effective collaboration, problem solving, and delegation skills that are critical to project success. Excels in identifying root causes and developing sustainable, practical solutions while incorporating stakeholder input. Ability to manage to project deadlines. Comfortable working across all levels of the health system, including executive leadership. Proficient skills in Microsoft office suite, coupled with ERP system and Workday experience.
**Years of Experience** : Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Payroll or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Education** : Bachelor’s degree
**Skills** : PowerPoint presentation skills, Business Intelligence experience, Project Management experience

**Certification** : Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Accounting, Project Management, or Business Intelligence certification preferred
