Job Summary:
The System Admin, Risk Analyst is responsible for developing and disseminating risk and insurance management analytics and to assist in the creation of strategies to manage and mitigate risks across the enterprise. Primary responsibilities will include the design, development, implementation and overall management of the risk information system, at present, residing on the ClearSight platform. The individual in this role will work closely with ClearSight Partners resources, Risk and Insurance leadership, legal, claims incident management, communications, and IT teams.
Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with ClearSight to manage system, assist in generating reports and analyzing data.
+ Manage projects and serve as a point of contact for any related issues.
+ Perform user maintenance; including security, profiles and roles.
+ Participate in data integration processes with corporate IT teams.
+ Review, prioritize and implement revisions and updates to software.
+ Design and disseminate risk and insurance metrics in conjunction with Risk and Insurance leadership.
+ Develop and create customized reports and dashboards and provide data metrics & support to internal department.
+ Create and deliver user training materials, for existing and new users.
+ Create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, user permissions and workflows.
+ Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
+ Provide application users with technical support.
+ Design and manage ongoing configuration/enhancement of the system to support corporate/risk management goals and initiatives.
+ Identify and implement best practices to increase business performance relating to efficiency, improved customer service, and management of claims.
+ Analyze requirements and system capabilities to provide feedback, gap analysis and solution proposals.
+ Partner with cross-functional business teams to understand and analyze business objectives, gather and define business requirements.
+ Facilitate and support testing of new features in alignment with team requirements. Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical designs, project plans, and workflows and training documents.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years experience in a corporate / healthcare operational reporting/ analysis; risk management and insurance experience, preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, management services, Information Technology or related field, required.

Other:
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in multiple programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SQL.
