Position Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position includes supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications:
+ Working knowledge of institutional housekeeping practices, procedures, and standards.
+ Demonstrated supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Ability to organize work, train and lead staff, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
+ Prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality environment preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly facility.
+ Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
+ Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with infection control and safety standards.
+ Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
+ Collaborate with other departments to meet resident and facility needs.
