    The Chef Manager will have oversight of all culinary functions supporting $10 million in annual retail sales and over 1500 patient meals daily. The Chef Manager will oversee culinary services with direct management of all culinary operations. We utilize a patient room service model with traditional patient meal delivery. We are the flagship for the Penn State Health System, implementing and driving a test pilot for the menu. We are a leader in cultivating a spirit of inclusion and client partnership.

    + Provides direction for all culinary employees to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.
