    First Student is hiring a Charter Coordinator in Buffalo, NY!

     

    Pay Rate: $22.00-$23.00 hr.

     

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

    Job Summary:

    Quotes and books all outside charter work throughout the Region.

     

    Centralizes and efficiently distributes the work to the appropriate location/branch.

    Job Description:

    + Increases Outside Charter Revenue

    + Increases Outside Charter Revenue

    + Assists in customer quoting and pricing

    + Distributes and dispatches the new work to the most appropriate branch or location

    + Increases customer base

    + Initializes marketing strategies

    + Determines, sets, and meets budget goals

    Minimum Education or Certifications Required

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Minimum Experience or Skills Required

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent

    + At least 3-5 years experience

    + Industry experience

    + Prior customer service experience

    + Charter booking experience

    + Computer experience a must

    + School Bus transportation experience

    + Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone

    + Little or no travel required, but meeting with local customers may be necessary
