Summary:
+ The Nursing Quality Adviser is a master's prepared nurse who supports the Nursing Education and Magnet Department in alignment with the following competency domains: quality, innovation & process improvement; teamwork and collaboration; work process & results achieved; decision-making and problem solving; and patient/customer/client experience. The Director of Nursing Education and Magnet delegates to the Nursing Quality Adviser accordingly.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with ANCC Magnet designation process including application, documentation and site visit preparedness
+ Provides project management support to nursing leadership and education
+ Leads and participates in quality improvement projects
+ Coordinates data collection and submission of nursing sensitive quality indicators
+ Assist with the survey distribution and data dissemination of employee engagement surveys
+ Utilizes written and oral communication skills to assist with department projects
Credentials:
+ Registered Nurse - PA (Required)
Education or Equivalent Experience:
+ Master of Arts or Science (Required)
+ 1+ years Experience in related field
