+ **Pay** = $33.75/hour

+ **Shift** = 2nd shift

Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair activities within the manufacturing facility, including diagnosing and correcting equipment issues, and ordering parts/ supplies from catalogs and suppliers for necessary repairs.

Additional maintenance responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that equipment continues to run smoothly, including: inspects belts, motors, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, repairs or replaces broken parts, etc.

+ Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.

+ Diagnose and correct equipment issues, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary

+ Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.

+ Order parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs and suppliers, or obtain them from storerooms.

Qualified candidates must have:

+ 3+ years maintenance mechanic experience - preferably in the food and beverage industry

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Automation experience such as processing, filling, and packaging equipment

+ Ability to read blueprints and service instructions.

+ Strong safety focus and adherence to various standard operating procedures

+ Bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged!

**Pay Details:** $33.75 per hour
