As a **SIL Engineering Technician** , you’ll play a vital role in building, testing, and supporting advanced systems that move flight innovation forward.

What You’ll Do
+ Fabricate complex interconnecting cables and harnesses from detailed engineering drawings.
+ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair test bench and laboratory infrastructure equipment.
+ Perform high-precision crimping and assembly of connectors and cable assemblies to aircraft standards.
+ Solder to **J-STD** quality standards.
+ Interpret aircraft-level wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings for metal fabrication and assembly.
+ Use test equipment to diagnose and repair wiring issues and signal isolation faults.
+ Work with serial data interfaces such as **ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, RS422, RS232, Ethernet, and IEEE-488** .
+ Install and test **fiber optic cabling** supporting reflective memory hardware.
+ Follow all **ESD and FOD** control practices to maintain the highest level of safety and quality.
What You Bring
+ **Education:** Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience preferred (High School Diploma required).
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in a technical or engineering environment; military background highly valued.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.
+ A passion for innovation, precision, and continuous improvement.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). **Pay Details:** $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
