+ Identify and evaluate data sources, ensuring data is fit for purpose and meets business requirements.

+ Perform initial data quality checks and support data strategy initiatives, including governance and accessibility.

+ Develop, test, and deploy analytical models, ensuring scalability and sustainability.

+ Create impactful data visualizations and communicate insights to stakeholders.

+ Translate business problems into data solutions and provide recommendations to drive business value.

What You’ll Bring…

+ Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and distributed datastores.

+ Proficiency in coding languages (SQL, Java, C, Python) and testing methods.

+ Strong understanding of data management, quality standards, and governance.

+ Ability to apply advanced analytical modeling techniques and statistical methods.

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data visually and influence business decisions.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-08479: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
