    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Tech Specialist Jr to support FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) review operations and business process improvement initiatives for a federal client. The ideal candidate will bring legal experience, analytical acumen, and a commitment to supporting modernization and compliance efforts through structured workflows and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct FOIA reviews in accordance with federal guidelines

    + Provide analytical support for business process improvement and modernization projects

    + Assist with facilitation, training, and methodology development

    + Develop and assess performance measurements to inform decision-making

    + Deliver weekly metrics reports summarizing key performance indicators

    Required Qualifications:

    + Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

    + Legal experience or background

    + Strong analytical and organizational skills

    + Familiarity with business management and process improvement techniques

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience using FOIAXpress or SecureRelease

    + Exposure to E-discovery platforms, especially Relativity

    + Prior FOIA review or federal compliance experience
