As aMicro-Market Refresh Managerplays a vital role in overseeing the daily performance and operational success of multiple micro-market locations. You will ensure that each market operates efficiently, maintains product quality, and delivers exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, results-driven professional who excels in leadership, logistics, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage day-to-day operations of assigned micro-markets, including inventory, merchandising, and overall presentation with our plannograms.

+ Supervise daily micro-market operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and product presentation.

+ Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.

+ Oversee product ordering, receiving, and inventory control to maintain ideal stock levels while minimizing waste.

+ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotions and seasonal product strategies.

+ Train, schedule, and supervise team members to uphold excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

+ Review sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make data-driven product and pricing decisions.

+ Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing micro-markets that reflect Five Star’s brand standards.

+ Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

+ Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to keep markets competitive and innovative.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.

+ 2+ years of experience in retail, food service, or operations management.

+ Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

+ Ability to work independently and travel regularly between market locations.

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

+ Able to attain a DOT Medical Card.

+ Consent to a Background Check.

+ Consent to a Drug Screen.

Schedule & Pay:

+ Monday - Friday

+ 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

+ Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (Based on Experience)
