Hartford HealthCare’s Pharmacy System has grown to include 8 inpatient pharmacies, 6 cancer center infusion pharmacies, 3 retail pharmacies, and our Ambulatory Care pharmacy department supporting more than 50 medical office practices. The Infusion Outpatient Pharmacist will work within the HHCI free standing oncology infusion center; overseeing the daily operations of the Compounded Sterile Products (CSP) area; assists in meeting regulatory compliance; and monitors training and competency assessment and quality assurance/control. *Education* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Doctorate in Pharmacy ( Pharm.D.) strongly preferred *Experience* Hospital pharmacy experience preferred *Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements* * Knowledge of Pharmacy quality, safety and environmental control requirements. * Effective communication skills [verbal, written and listening] * Excellent interpersonal skills * Good organizational skills with attention to details * Good counseling skills with * Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and colleagues We take great care of careers.
