    What You’ll Do

     

    -Oversee the setup, service, restocking and clean-up of M Club

     

    -Set tables, buffets, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.

     

    -Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.

     

    -Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.

     

    -Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.

     

    -Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
