Sheetmetal Supervisor. The Sheetmetal Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and will coordinate efforts with production teams to achieve the planned work and production goals.
What you will be responsible for:
+ Coordinate Operations activities between shifts.
+ Perform hangar audits.
+ Provide technical support as required.
+ Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions.
+ Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
+ Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
+ Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
+ All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
What you will need to be successful in this role:
+ Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required.
+ Must possess a current and active FAA A&P License.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $32.17 to $39.72 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
