Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

*Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 300-unit resort-inspired community in Austin!  Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

+ At least one year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.

+ Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.

+ Must be able to work one Saturday per month with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License
