    **Job Title:** Sample Center Technician

    **Location:** Charlotte, NC

    **Salary:** $40,000 – $43,000/year

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time, Direct Hire

    **Shift:** First Shift, Monday – Friday

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious **Sample Center Technician** to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The Sample Center Technician will support daily operations by preparing chemical samples, maintaining inventory, managing packaging and shipments, and ensuring a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Receive, fill, label, and ship sample requests using the Laboratory system.

    + Maintain stock levels of jars, boxes, packing materials, and other supplies.

    + Keep the Sample Center organized and maintain a safe work environment.

    + Follow all safety procedures for chemical and package handling.

    + Review and evaluate customer leads for the US and Canada.

    + Communicate with team members and other departments to complete tasks efficiently.

    + Troubleshoot minor operational issues as they arise.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience handling chemicals in a lab or manufacturing setting.

    + Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

    + Clear written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to read and follow manuals and maintain proper records.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills.

    + Knowledge of ISO 9001, EFfCI standards, and OSHA/Process Safety practices is a plus.

    + Associate degree in a Scientific field or 1 year GMP experience required

    Physical Requirements:

    + Prolonged periods of standing.

    + Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, squat, and kneel.

    + Exposure to various chemicals and compounds.
