Century Automotive Service Corporation is seeking a visionary **Director of Risk Management** to lead our risk strategy and underwriting innovation.

     

    • What You’ll Do

    + Spearhead the evaluation of client risk portfolios and develop competitive pricing and underwriting guidelines.

    + Lead the creation of forecasting models and actuarial data to support new and existing programs.

    + Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless implementation of risk strategies.

    + Conduct quarterly reviews to identify underwriting issues and recommend solutions.

    + Drive business intelligence initiatives to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.

    • What You Bring

    + Minimum 2 -4 years with Bachelor’s degree or 4-6 years with an Associate’s degree

    + Automotive / Mechanical background desired

    + Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

    + Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—with fluency in Spanish highly desirable.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.

    • Leadership & Impact

     

    You’ll manage the Risk Management department, mentor team members, and lead special projects that shape the future of our product lines and client services.

     

    **Pay Philosophy** : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

     

    Salary Range $150k - $180k
