**HPC-Industrial,** powered by Clean Harbors, in **Roxana, IL** is looking for an **Data Administrator** to join their safety conscious team at a customer site! The **Data Administrator** is responsible for updating databases, conducting various tracking, and assisting with quality assurance. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.

**WORKING ENVIRONMENT:** Industrial setting – Refinery, Petro-Chemical, Utilities, Pulp and Paper Mills, etc.

Work Schedule:
+ Monday-Thursday 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensuring that Health & Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies always, & processes & acting in a safe manner
+ Update monitoring database with environmental information, tracking due dates, etc.
+ Track payroll, PTO, inventory, and various types of due dates.
+ Assist with quality assurance processes
+ Keep data organized in monitoring database, assist with planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
+ Perform other duties & tasks as assigned from time to time by management & will be required by the needs of the HPC Industrial business.
Skills and Experience:
+ Experience in data entry
+ Microsoft Office proficiency
+ Experience working in LDAR Data Base, Guideware
+ Strong Communication and Organization
+ Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
+ Must be able to recognize when there is missing or conflicting information
+ Ability to learn new database systems
What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid Drivers License
+ Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC), required
+ Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waste codes, manifesting & Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) (preferred).
+ Knowledge of RCRA requirements/regulations (preferred).
