Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Purewick Rx Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end intake and reorder processes for Purewick reimbursement customers, ensuring seamless enrollment and delivering personalized, exceptional service.

Responsibilities

+ Effectively communicate the PureWick™ system's features, benefits, functionality, usage, and maintenance protocols to customers through inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

+ Conduct initial and follow-up communications with leads, identify and resolve customer concerns, and utilize multiple communication channels to provide timely and accurate assistance.

+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM and call tracking systems, ensuring accurate account details for proper follow-up and comprehensive customer service.

+ Meet departmental targets for call volume, sales goals, and customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards, HIPAA regulations, insurance protocols, and prescribed call scripting guidelines.

+ Collaborate across the organization to support customers, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and demonstrate high attention to detail in all tasks and projects.

Education

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Salesforce and Brightree.

+ Ability to perform intermediate math calculations and apply practical problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to interpret instructions in various formats.

+ Knowledge of Word Processing software, Excel, Access, and/or other database software.

Work Environment

This role may be performed onsite or remotely. Onsite employees work in a temperature-controlled office environment under normal office conditions, with moderate noise levels and minimal exposure to hazards. Remote employees must work in a private, quiet area free from distractions and have reliable high-speed internet.

At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration while recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations.
