As a **Security Officer - Media Dispatch Controller** in **Clarksville, TN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a leading technology environment, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities at a dynamic location. What You'll Do:

+ Operate as a central communication point for all security-related activities, dispatching personnel to incidents and emergencies as needed throughout the location.

+ Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control systems to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Receive and document reports of incidents or suspicious activity, coordinating appropriate responses in a timely manner.

+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch communications, incident responses, and outcomes.

+ Liaise with Allied Universal personnel and site representatives to relay essential information regarding ongoing situations or policy updates.

+ Assist with implementing security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by management or site leadership.

+ Respond to critical situations and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing established protocols and resources.

+ Support regular communication checks with on-site personnel to help to deter potential risks and maintain operational awareness.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
