As a **Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Specialist** in **Moncks Corner, SC** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and providing exceptional customer service to those you interact with. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support site operations.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and/or report any irregularities or suspicious activities encountered during patrols.

+ Assist with access control and visitor management in accordance with site protocols.

+ Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal as needed to support ongoing security-related operations.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions within the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
