Our client, an industry leader in advanced materials and transportation products, is seeking a LAB Technician III to join their team. As a LAB Technician III, you will be part of the laboratory support team, contributing to product development and customer support across multiple business groups. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** LAB Technician III

**Location:** Maplewood, MN

**Pay Range:** $27.00

What's the Job?

+ Conduct complex laboratory tests with minimal supervision to support product development and testing activities.

+ Accurately report test results and communicate findings clearly to requestors and team members.

+ Operate various test equipment, including electro-mechanical test frames and analytical testing systems.

+ Weigh and mix chemicals and raw materials for formulation screening and testing purposes.

+ Perform additional laboratory duties as assigned to ensure smooth operational workflows.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ At least one year of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

+ Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, or testing environment preferred.

+ Ability to operate testing equipment and understand industry standards related to materials durability and performance.

+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a keen eye for detail.
