**2nd shift:** 3pm - 11:30pm

**Payrate:** $19.25 per hour (Overtime Available)

Summary

This position is responsible for the production of high quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Working under close supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Medical Assembler** to join our medical device manufacturing team in Irvine. This is a **non-exempt, light industrial** role where you will play a key part in producing high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), and related assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations under close supervision.

+ Follow standardized procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of parts.

+ Adhere to safety guidelines and lean manufacturing principles.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and management.

+ Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

+ **High school diploma or equivalent (required).**

+ **Prior experience in a manufacturing and cleanroom environment**

+ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Basic computer skills for data entry and electronic systems.

+ Manual dexterity to handle small components.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
