    Building Maintenance Lead – Take the Lead in a Hands-On Role!

We’re hiring a **Building Maintenance Lead** for our client, a well-established Maine manufacturer known for quality, teamwork, and local leadership.     Typical daily duties:

    • Coordinate daily activities of the building maintenance team

    • Perform maintenance and small construction projects on facility structures and grounds

    • Maintain and repair equipment such as forklifts, mowers, and plant vehicles

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2–4 years of maintenance, construction, or mechanical experience (lead experience preferred)

    • Purchasing or vendor negotiation experience; SAP or similar software experience a plus

    • Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
