Our client, a leading real estate and facilities management company, is seeking a Building Engineer to join their team.

As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services Department supporting the building operations and maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Indianapolis, IN

What’s the Job?

+ Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.

+ Maintain documentation and building logs to ensure compliance with CBRE and regulatory standards.

+ Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed.

+ Support energy management initiatives and ensure systems operate efficiently.

+ Comply with all safety procedures and policies related to facility operations and hazardous materials.

What’s Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ 5+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering.

+ Mechanical, carpentry, and plumbing skills required; HVAC and CMMS experience preferred.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and ability to maintain detailed records.
