Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking an Experienced Forklift Mechanic/Technician to join their team. As an Experienced Forklift Mechanic/Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Experienced Forklift Mechanic/Technician

**Location:** Brewster, NY

**Pay Range:** $25

**Shift:** Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and other warehouse equipment to ensure optimal operation.

+ Diagnose mechanical issues and execute necessary repairs efficiently and safely.

+ Support inventory management by organizing and maintaining maintenance supplies and tools.

+ Conduct inspections and report any issues or hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

+ Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for various facility needs and special events.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Willingness to receive training on (non-PIV) sweeper equipment.

+ Excellent attendance and punctuality.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

+ Good communication and teamwork skills.
