Our client, a leading organization in the distribution industry, is seeking a Forklift Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Forklift Distribution Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Forklift Distribution Associate
**Location:** Phoenixville, PA
**Pay Range:** $18.20+ per hour (depending on shift)
Shift: various shifts available
What's the Job?
+ Operate material handling equipment such as Stock Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance Forklifts, and Electric Pallet Jacks safely and efficiently.
+ Receive inbound freight, inspect pallets for damages, and verify paperwork accuracy.
+ Process customer returns, inspect items, and prepare them for repackage or repair as needed.
+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging pallets for loading.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all policies and procedures.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
+ Warehouse or distribution experience helpful but not required.
+ Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
+ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform basic math skills.
+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
