Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in structural steel and modular products, is seeking a Welder 2nd Shift to join their dedicated team. As a Welder 2nd Shift, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality assemblies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Welder 2nd Shift

**Location:** Hamilton, OH

**Pay Range:** $24.00 per hour - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Shift:** 2nd Shift (M-TH 4pm-2am)

What's the Job?

+ Perform structural steel welding using MIG and TIG techniques for modular base frames and enclosure products.

+ Operate oxy-acetylene torches and plasma arc equipment to cut steel of varying thicknesses.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and assembly instructions to ensure precise fabrication.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standards.

+ Verify work against specifications and ensure high-quality workmanship in every project.

What's Needed?

+ 1–5 years of structural steel welding experience.

+ AWS D1.1 welding certification or equivalent.

+ Familiarity with weld testing methods such as dye penetrant testing.

+ Experience with framing and metalworking equipment like shears and brakes.

+ Proficiency with plasma arc cutting and laser measuring tools.
