Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the wire and cable industry, is seeking a NC Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a NC Regional Sales Manager, you will be part of the sales department supporting the outside sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** NC Regional Sales Manager

**Pay Range:** $100,000 - $140,000

What's the Job?

+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.

+ Conduct product presentations and demonstrations highlighting the value of wire and cable solutions.

+ Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

+ Provide expert product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

What's Needed?

+ A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

+ 5+ years' experience in electrical wiring/cable sales with technical understanding.

+ Regional and territory sales experience required and travelling is required.

+ Sound problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
