As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic tech and media location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, staying visible throughout the site, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the overall security-related needs of the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site protocols.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to address situations in a professional manner.

+ Document and report all incidents, maintenance issues, and/or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Candidates must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

+ A valid Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
