Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a Construction Contracts Manager-Remote to join their team. As a Construction Contracts Manager-Remote, you will be part of the Contracts and Compliance Department supporting project management and legal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
What's the Job?
+ Manage and oversee construction contract negotiations and execution processes.
+ Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated.
+ Review and interpret contractual documents, including scope, terms, and conditions.
+ Support compliance with company policies and legal standards across projects.
+ Provide guidance and support on contractual issues during project lifecycle.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, Business, or related field.
+ Proven experience in construction contracts management or related roles.
+ Strong understanding of construction project documentation and legal standards.
+ Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
