What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations within the residential community in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal and property management as required.

+ Assist residents and visitors with inquiries, directions, and site access as appropriate to support a welcoming environment.

+ Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols to support a secure and orderly residential environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ This post primarily involves driving and is preferred for candidates with relevant experience.

+ Experience working at locations with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
