Position Type: Full Time - Morning

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour** **with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location, including business areas and perimeter, to help to deter potential security-related issues.

+ Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or potential threats within the location.

+ Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a visible presence.

+ Support emergency response efforts, including coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management as appropriate.

+ Complete detailed reports and documentation of incidents, patrols, and any security-related observations.

+ Follow all company and location-specific procedures, maintaining professionalism and adherence to Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
