ISV Program Manager
Job Description:
The ISV Program Manager, North America is responsible for driving the successful execution and continuous improvement of Sage’s Independent Software Vendor (ISV) programs across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on program operations, governance, communication, and execution—ensuring Sage’s ISV initiatives are effectively planned, implemented, and aligned with broader Partner and Product strategies.
Partnering with ISV Account Managers, Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Partner Operations, and regional leadership teams, the ISV Program Manager will oversee initiatives that enhance program performance, streamline processes, and provide visibility across stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining alignment between U.S. and Canadian partner teams while ensuring ISV programs deliver measurable impact to Sage and its ecosystem.
Operating in a highly cross-functional, matrixed environment, this role combines strong program management discipline with deep understanding of partner operations and go-to-market processes to drive execution excellence and organizational alignment.
*This is a hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite*
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ISV programs that support Sage’s North American Partner strategy.
-Ensure consistency and alignment of ISV program operations, processes, and communications across the U.S. and Canada.
-Partner with internal stakeholders to manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables tied to ISV initiatives, launches, and partner engagement activities.
-Maintain governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and operational documentation that provide visibility to leadership and ensure compliance with program standards.
-Track and analyze program performance metrics to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
-Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support ISV-related campaigns, enablement efforts, and field communications.
-Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across internal teams without direct authority, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
-Promote project and program management best practices to strengthen efficiency, accountability, and execution quality within the ISV program portfolio.
Qualifications
-4+ years in a Sales Admin or Sales Operations role
-Proven experience in program or project management within a complex, cross-functional, or partner-driven organization.
-Strong background in partner operations, go-to-market execution, or SaaS program management.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
-Familiarity with ISV ecosystems, partner programs, or technology marketplaces preferred.
-Experience supporting cross-border programs or initiatives across the U.S. and Canada a plus.
-Presentation skills are essential
