Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
+ 7+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
+ 7+ years of experience in Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Desired Skills & Experience
+ Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional change efforts with a strategic and consultative approach.
+ Strong executive-level communication skills and ability to be concise and articulate in high-stakes environments.
+ Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including navigating regulatory and organizational complexities.
+ Demonstrated consulting background with a focus on strategy, planning, and change management.
+ Expertise in initiative design/structuring, change management, and solution delivery.
+ High adaptability and agility in dynamic environments.
+ Advanced knowledge of risk management and compliance practices.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools used for project tracking and reporting.
What You Will Be Doing
+ Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
+ Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
+ Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions.
+ Strategically engage with client personnel.
+ Leading the delivery of Programs/Workstream initiatives within the Global Operations Book of Work, often involving high-level, cross-functional change efforts that require a thought leadership mindset and strategic negotiation across lines of business.
+ Developing execution plans and proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, with a strong grasp of risk management and compliance practices specific to the financial services industry.
+ Facilitating cross-functional collaboration across operations, technology, and other key business partners and stakeholders to drive execution, navigating the red tape often present in financial services environments.
+ Supporting change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and reporting frameworks, leveraging consulting experience and a strategic mindset to influence outcomes.
+ Act as an advisor to leadership, influencing program success, project performance, and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.
+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges, requiring a full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive stakeholder engagement.
+ Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require planning, financial management, status reporting, effective communication, and ongoing risk assessment.
+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are enterprise-wide, using deep organizational knowledge to anticipate change impacts.
+ Engage with executive leadership, project leads, and portfolio sponsors to promote program success, requiring executive-level presence, strong articulation, and the ability to influence heads of lines of business.
