    Verdantas is seeking a driven **Technician** I for our Calibration Team located in **Holden, Mass** .

     

    We’re looking for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, physical work environment. This role is essential to ensuring accurate flow calibration processes by assembling and managing complex piping systems. If you have strong attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, you’ll play a key part in preparing and maintaining the setups that keep our operations running smoothly.

    What You'll Do:

    + Assemble and disassemble pipe configurations for testing

    + Ensure accurate alignment and secure connections

    + Support testing technicians by preparing the physical setup for calibration runs

    + Assist with forklift operations to move pipe sections and load/unload trucks

    + Unpack and repack pipe sections for shipment

    + Use basic hand tools

    + Perform general facility mechanical maintenance

    + Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies

    + Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently and effectively

    •What You Bring:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 lbs safely

    + Mechanical aptitude with experience using basic hand tools and performing facility maintenance

    + Attention to detail for precise pipe assembly, alignment, and secure connections

    + Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and adapt to varied pipe sizes and layouts

    + Forklift experience or willingness to learn for moving pipe sections and freight

    + Team-oriented mindset to support calibration technicians and collaborate effectively

    + Reliability and safety awareness in handling equipment and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

    Salary Range:

    Starting at $24.00 / hr
