Responsibilities
This is a 1-year, limited tenure position to assist the Patient Safety team with an MC CPC funded project focused on joining a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) and implementing the learnings into the current program. Activities will include submitting and mapping patient safety data to the PSO Platform, submitting data on a regular basis, implementing learnings from data analysis, and participation in networking and educational opportunities offered through the PSO. Learnings from these activities will be used to enhance Mayo Clinic’s Patient Safety Program.
Enable successful integration, diffusion, adoption and optimization of digital solutions. Responsible for the effective implementation of Digital products/services across the Mayo Clinic enterprise. Responsible for working collaboratively with clinical practice areas, organizational partners, external practice partners (non-Mayo organizations), and Center for Digital Health staff in the implementation of new and existing products/services in support of the practice. Implementation efforts will focus on integrating Digital products/services within the practice, documenting implementing requirements, leading the implementation of strategic objectives, and other projects as assigned. This position will leverage existing and support of the evolution of implementation standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, templates and methodologies and serve as a subject matter expert related to implementing digital products and services within the practice. The incumbent will serve as a liaison between the Legal Office, the Office of Access Management, Finance, IT, clinical practice, and Center for Digital Health.
The incumbent will ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures and provide leadership with key performance indicator data and recommendations for improvement. Position calls for experience in project management, change management and process improvement. Collaborates with and nurture trusted relationships with other CDH Product leadership and our partners to develop and implement systems and processes to monitor, ensure, and improve product delivery and end-user satisfaction. Leverages structured feedback loops with Practice – from leadership to on-the-ground staff . Supports development of methods and tools to quickly enable the scale of digital health products nationally and globally. Supports product education and deployment through toolkits, trainings, and on-the-ground support teams. Utilizes frameworks, guidelines, and best practices to ensure best in class digital product deployment and adoption within the practice. Manages relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
Builds close relationships with priority internal and external partners to ensure implementation team is able to maximize their support and impact. Produce Deployment and Implementation Plans. Communicate product deployment/implementation details and schedules to the practice as required. Continually work towards making improvements in the implementation process. Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists. Able to scale to support multiple product teams within a product portfolio
This is a Limited Tenure position with an approximate 1 year assignment

Qualifications
Bachelor's in business, health science or related field and 4 or more years’ experience. Or a Master's degree in business, health science or related field.

$81,286.40 - $122,033.60/ year; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
