    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

    Key Responsibilities

    + Greet and room patients promptly and professionally.

    + Prepare and sanitize examination rooms before and after visits.

    + Maintain accurate and organized patient charts and documentation.

    + Support providers in delivering high-quality care and a positive patient experience.

    Qualifications & Skills

    + Required:

    + Previous experience as a Medical Assistant.

    + Ability to manage a high patient volume (20+ patients per day).

    + Strong interpersonal and patient care skills.

    + Preferred:

    + RMA certification (not required).

    + Familiarity with ECW EMR system.

    + EKG experience.

    This is a Contract position based out of Westfield, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
